Refund Policy

1. Scope & Applicability
This policy applies to services (consultations, documentation assistance, advisory) offered by RR INFRA Property Consultants — not property purchase/sale, booking advances to developers.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • If we fail to deliver an agreed consultancy/service, you may request a refund.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 business days from the date of payment.

  • We will evaluate the claim; if valid, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Property booking advances, registration fees, or construction payments to developers or sellers.

  • Services already fully rendered.

  • Duplicate payments or incorrect transfers not intimated within 48 hours.

4. Partial Refunds / Deductions
We may deduct administrative or processing fees (e.g. 5–10%) depending on the incurred cost to deliver partial service.

  • Provide payment proof, invoice, and reason.

  • Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.

6. Disputes
If you disagree with the decision, appeal can be made, and unresolved issues may go to arbitration under Indian law.
