Scope of Services
We provide real estate consultancy, property listings, site visits coordination, documentation support, and advisory services.
We act as intermediaries: the ultimate sale, purchase, or lease agreement is between buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers.
We do not guarantee any property will be sold or rented; our role is facilitation and support.
Listings & Information Accuracy
All property listings (images, descriptions, floorplans, prices) are provided by developers, owners, or third parties. We endeavor to keep them current and accurate, but make no guarantee of completeness.
Prices, availability, and details may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors, omissions, or inaccuracies at any time.
User Responsibilities & Conduct
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal and property preference information.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
You shall not infringe on our intellectual property (brand, logo, content) or use automated bots/scrapers on our site.
Booking, Advance Payments & Transactions
When you make a property advance, token, or booking via us, you acknowledge that amount is paid to the respective seller/developer (unless otherwise directed).
Such payments are subject to the terms & refund policies specific to that developer or seller.
RR INFRA is not liable for defaults by developers; however, we will assist in disputes to the extent our consultancy covers it.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and design of rr-infra.in are owned or licensed by RR INFRA Property Consultants.
You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Reproduction, redistribution, or use of content without permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RR INFRA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or reliance on property information.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RR INFRA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana (or the relevant courts).
Disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
